Reporting to the Director, Ad Sales, Philippines, you would be a pivotal part of the team. Actively participating in the ideation to implementation and post analysis of all campaigns matters.
WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOINGBe the liaison to coordinate the balance between clients and internal Ad Sales team
Ensure all stipulated deliverables to clients on assigned campaigns are delivered as per contract, across all VIMN platforms
Lead, manage and prioritize multi sponsored small and mid-scale campaigns and projects across all brands
Ensure accurate brief and communication between sponsorship partners and internal teams such as Brand, On-Air, Digital, Traffic
Pre-project planning and coordination to ensure cost, timeline and deliverables collation are in place
Create and implement digital and YouTube advertising plans for sponsorship campaigns to ensure accurate execution of deliverables committed to sponsorship partners
Consolidate and create all post-project documentations such as summaries, analysis, post-telecast reports and air checks
Coordinate and supports promotional and marketing partnership events
Source and negotiate with vendors such as event agencies and merchandise producers
Manage all administrative tasks including but not limited to: Sales and revenue reporting function, Ad sales deck pitches, internal project and campaign activation process, purchase orders, invoices, media schedule and advertising materials
WHAT YOU BRINGDegree in Marketing or Business or equivalent
Minimum 5 years working experience, preferably in broadcasting or media industry
Ability to think strategically and creatively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic and global environment
Excellent social skills which will enable you to interact with a wide range of personalities and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
Highly organized, collaborative self-starter with the ability to work under pressure, set priorities, handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Team spirit and a willingness to go above and beyond for the brand
Proficient in Microsoft Office
