Responsibilities:This position ensures that targets on cost, patient experience, and patient outcomes for an assigned Business (i.e. In-patient, Outpatient, ER, Medical, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, etc.) are achieved. He/She is responsible for monitoring actual performance against targets by performing data analytics on lead, real-time, and lag performance indicators, variance analysis, and recommending or implementing interventions to deliver expected results. Identify urgent and priority operational business and utilization management issues.
Design, execute, and implement a team plan, together with Project Lead, innovative and pragmatic solutions aligned with the business' long-term strategic plans.Oversee and manage post-implementation support to utilization management initiatives.Work closely with Project Lead and senior management to define and manage the scope, strategy, and requirements of business initiatives, emphasizing integrated strategic solutions driven by data and insights.Provide analysis and meaningful information supporting decision-making and action-planning.Collaborate and communicate with leadership and cross-functional teams to understand the organization's goals and objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.Lead effective sessions to brainstorm solutions; documenting potential options and the most optimal solution in a timely manner. Experience and Training:HMO experience is an advantage.Data Analytics and Reporting.Training in Business Intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel Advanced Analytics.Training on team dynamics, coaching, and emotional intelligence in leadership.
