Management Trainee

Perform the following functions:

Assist managers with their daily responsibilities (e.g. implementing new policies)
Recognize the daily objectives and procedures of each department (e.g., sales, marketing).
Offer assistance with administration (e.g. data input)
Learn about the responsibilities of every personnel
Take part in the strategic planning of the organization
Assist managers with performance evaluation (e.g., preparing reports, analyzing data)
Monitor company's earnings
Look into strategies for boosting revenue and lowering risk
Produce and deliver presentations
