- Graduate of BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING
- FRESH GRADUATES MAY APPLY, as long as knowledgeable of executing basic technical works of an Electrical Engineer
- Registered EE or not may apply
- Work experience related to Electrical Engineering is advantageous

Job Description:
- Responsible for Maintenance and correction of Products that have been sold
- Off-site corrective and preventive maintenance, as well as after-sales technical sales support solutions
- To interact with customers to provide information and procedures to address inquiries, concerns, and requests for their products and services
- Respond to customer complaints: evaluates and resolve problems of the costumer; assist in installing the equipment; analyzes, inspect and determine solutions
