Maintenance Personnel

The Maintenance Personnel is responsible for maintaining the operational efficiency of the facility's equipment, systems, and infrastructure. This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment failures, and conducting repairs to ensure a safe and functional environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
? Routine Maintenance: Perform regular inspections of equipment and systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical) to identify potential issues and ensure they are functioning correctly.
? Repairs and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural problems within the facility, including equipment failures and system malfunctions.
? Preventive Maintenance: Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to prolong the life of equipment and reduce the likelihood of unplanned downtime.
? Installation: Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer's specifications.
? Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies. Identify and correct hazardous conditions to promote a safe working environment.
? Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, including inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities.
? Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
? Emergency Response: Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner, including after-hours if required.
? Collaboration: Work with other departments and external contractors to coordinate maintenance activities and projects.

Qualifications:
? Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification or vocational training in maintenance-related fields (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) is preferred.
? Experience: 1+ years of experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field.
? Skills:
o Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
o Proficiency with hand and power tools.
o Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
o Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
o Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
? Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC certification, electrical license) are a plus.
? Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks,
including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in confined spaces.

Working Conditions:
Maintenance personnel may work indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions.
They may be required to work on weekends, holidays, or during emergency situations.
