Maintenance Manager

JOB QUALIFICATION: (Preferably an experienced mechanic)
Graduate of a BS in Mechanical Engineering
? BS in Business Administration Logistics or Engineering, Logistics/Transportation Commerce, or similar diploma programs.
? Must have at least 5 years of experience in a big logistics company with procurement experience
? Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in equipment engineering or maintenance, preferably in a construction environment
? Basic understanding of Architectural, Electrical, Civil and Structural Engineering construction practices
? In-depth knowledge of heavy lift equipment, automation systems, and control technologies
? Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to interpret and leverage equipment performance data
? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
? Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive results

SALARY RANGE: Php40,000 - 50,000
WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY-SATURDAY (8:30 am - 6:00 pm)
WORK LOCATION: Calamba Office/Yard
