Job Title: Machine Operator (Food Manufacturing)
Location: Parañaque

Work Schedule: Full-time, 8 hours per day, 6 days a week

Job Description: Role Overview:
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery in the food manufacturing facility. This role ensures that machines run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with food safety standards. The Machine Operator plays a key role in the production process, ensuring the consistent quality and output of food products.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate food production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
Set up machines for daily operations, ensuring all materials and components are properly loaded.
Monitor machine performance during production to identify and troubleshoot issues, making necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery to prevent downtime.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment to meet Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards.
Ensure products meet quality control standards by conducting regular checks during the production process.
Accurately record production data, including machine output, downtime, and material usage.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production targets.
Follow safety protocols, including the proper use of protective equipment and reporting any hazards or malfunctions to supervisors.
Assist with equipment changeovers and cleaning between production runs to avoid contamination.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in machinery or food production is a plus.
2-3 years of experience operating machinery in a food manufacturing or similar production environment.
Familiarity with food production machinery and equipment, as well as safety and hygiene protocols.
Basic mechanical skills to perform machine setup, adjustments, and minor repairs.

Skills and Abilities:
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues quickly and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and prevent production errors.
Physical stamina to operate machinery for extended periods and handle materials as needed.
Good communication skills to coordinate with the production team and report any machine issues.
Willingness to work shifts and handle fast-paced production environments.
