Responsibilities:
-Assist Chinese Vice President of the Smart Phone Company
-Handle the Calendar and meeting of the Vice President
-Arranges corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries of the Vice President
-Scheduling the corporate jet and International Travels; booking other transportation arranging lodging and meeting accommodations of the management
Requirements:
-Good analytical, teamwork, problem solving, presentation and interpersonal skills;
-Computer and Internet literacy, specifically with MS office applications;
-Excellent communication skills both in English and Mandarin, able to interact across cultures with all levels of people.
-Language comprehensive level: can speak, write, and read Chinese characters
