**EVERWING PROFEM CORPORATION**Established in 1988, our company supplies consumer goods to supermarkets nationwide under our popular brands Cuddles, Cleans-up, Uncle John's, Koala, Wings and moreIn line with our continuous expansion, we need qualified and highly efficient people to join our TEAM.**-----**-----**-----**-----**-----**-----**-----**-----**-----**-----**-----**-----**-----**-----**-----**-----**-----**-----**-----****LOGISTICS & DISTRIBUTION HEAD****Job Description**:- Oversee and manage logistics operations and deliveries, making sure products reach their destinations safely, securely, and on-time.- Supervise, coach and train down-level staff in order to encourage progression within the team and ensure implementation of all regulations within the company.- Responsible for creating, analyzing, and managing the logistics plans.- Plan delivery routes, keep track of delivery times, customer requirements, transport costs and efficiency.- Coordinating drivers, vehicles, loads and journeys.- Analyze logístical problems and provide solutions.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or any logistics related field- Previous experience managing a company's logistics department, familiar with planning delivery routes- Experience working with logistics management software and other related software- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills- Works well with deadlines and attention to detail- Excellent communication skills- Competent and reliable**Details**:- Office location at 24 Manga Road, Barangay Kaunlaran, Q.C.- Salary negotiable based on qualifications.- Monday - FridaySchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryCOVID-19 considerations:All employees are required to wear a face mask at all times.
