Logistics Coordinator

A logistic coordinator oversees the daily activity of trip bookings and delivery of equipment rentals, ensuring that all bookings are delivered to customers on time, all tool inventory is accounted for, and that manpower are accounted for every bookings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assists Logistics Supervisor/Logistic Manager in planning and plotting daily trip and equipment bookings from In-house Operation Supervisor.
· Issuance of budget for trip allowances/cash advances, PO for fuel.
· Prepares waybill for truck deliveries and coordinates with Equipment tenderer checklist preparation before dispatching of trucks and equipment.
· Dispatching of booked trips of trucks and equipment rentals, crane/forklifts.
· Monitoring and sending hourly routes of bookings/trips of trucks and equipment rental status thru text messages.
· Receives (in absence of cash custodian) daily liquidations from drivers and crane/forklift operators to after checking of the Logistic Supervisor and validation of the Logistic Manager.
Forwards checked liquidation to Accounting Dept.
for replenishment of the Department budget.
· Pick up docs from shipping lines, if needed.
· Processes renewal of Permits (PTO, TMO, CTAP and others).
· Retrieves of drivers licenses confiscated for traffic violations.
· Ensured standing operating procedures, rules and current regulations were disseminated, acknowledged and enforced.
Performs other duties as may be delegated by the immediate Supervisor and Manager
