Logistic Driver

A Logistic Driver is responsible for ensuring timely delivery of products/goods to predetermined customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading and unloading products/goods from delivery vehicles and providing exceptional customer service to our customer base. Logistic Driver: Duties and responsibilities include:•Conduct inspection of vehicle before departing to deliver products/goods;•Load, transport, and deliver products/goods to customers in a safe and timely manner; •Deliver orders to customers on assigned routes;•Maintain ongoing communication with Operations/Warehouse Supervisor;•Assist with the loading and unloading of products/goods from vehicles;•Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their order;•Collect customers' payments for delivered items;•Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle complaints from customers;•Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record;•Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries;•Operate equipment and machines such as trucks, cars, forklifts, etc.;•Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by Warehouse & Logistic Officer /Operations Supervisor and/or General Manager.
