As a Live Chat Representative, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' experience by engaging with them in real-time, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Interaction:** Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries through live chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify customer needs and work to resolve issues effectively, employing negotiation tactics as necessary to reach amicable solutions.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain an in-depth understanding of Jollibee's products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- **Record Keeping:** Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in the company's system for future reference and quality assurance purposes.
- **Feedback Compilation:** Gather and report customer feedback to management to help improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments to escalate issues that require additional expertise or assistance.
- **Performance Metrics:** Achieve individual performance metrics and contribute to team goals, ensuring overall performance aligns with company standards.
- **Training and Development:** Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and stay up-to-date with product knowledge and customer service best practices.
**Requirements:**
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
- **Experience:** A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or related role, with prior experience in live chat support preferred.
- **Skills:**
- **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- **Interpersonal Skills:** Strong people management skills that allow for effective interaction with diverse customer demographics.
