Legal Specialist/Law Graduate/With Fmcg Experienced/Direct Hire

Job Responsibilities:• Draft and Preparation? of corporate? legal ?documents, ?letters ?and? certifications? of ?the?company, reviews and drafting of various basic documentations including giving basic legal advice upon confirmation with the lawyers. • Assist?in?the?processing?of?all?legal?concerns?of?the?company?• Various Contract Reviews (Account Customer, HR, Vendor, etc.) • Due Diligence/Vendor Accreditation • Coordinates with External Lawyers regarding endorsed cases • Processing?of?messengerial?errands,?notary,?transmittal • Correspondence?with?government?agencies?such?as?BIR,?SEC,?DOLE,?BI,?DFA for?reportorial?requirements?of?the?companies? • Compliance?with government?registrations?(SEC,?etc.)? • Other?legal?services Qualifications• Good English communication skills (oral and written) , Strong communication skill with at least 3 years FMCG industry legal specialist working experience• Highly organized and with excellent multi-tasking skills • Attentive to every details of a certain task/assignment • Bachelor's/College/Law Degree • Law Graduate is an advantageSALARY RANGE: 40K-50KWork Location: BGC, Taguig
