Job Purpose: We are seeking a Legal Auditor who will remotely access the Case Management Systems of our clients to audit the progress of cases. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulations, protecting assets and funds, and delivering comprehensive audit reports.

Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct full and extensive audits of law firms and cases funded by litigation funders. Assess law firms from a risk and compliance perspective, ensuring adherence to SRA regulations. Protect funders' assets and verify financial control systems. Examine financial reports, accounts, and ledgers to ensure funds are correctly disbursed. Prepare detailed audit reports and commentaries, presenting findings to management and clients. Collaborate with law firms to address any corrective actions post-audit. Communicate audit results with law firms and litigation funders. Work with internal departments to present findings and make recommendations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Law. Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Paralegal. Strong understanding of legal terminology. Experience with UK or US law firms is desirable. Excellent written and spoken English, with strong comprehension skills. Willing to work 100% onsite in Alabang. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
