Learning & Development Supervisor - Quezon City

WORK LOCATION: Quezon City
SALARY BUDGET: ?25,000 - ?35,000
JOB PURPOSE: A Learning and Development (L&D) Supervisor, also known as a Training and Development Supervisor, is responsible for overseeing the training programs and professional development initiatives within an organization; Involves designing, implementing, and managing learning strategies to enhance employee skills, performance, and overall effectiveness.

- Graduate of BS Psychology, Training and Development, and/or Education
- At least 5 years of work experience in the same field | 2 years of experience in a Supervisory role
- Certification in training and development (e.g CPL, etc.)
- Familiarity with learning management systems and E-Learning platforms
- Project Management skills for overseeing training initiatives from conception to implementation
- Strong Instructional design skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
