Some must have a proven leadership, experience as a leader, proactive, flexible, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Responsibilities include hiring and managing a skilled team of engineers, collaborating with the product owner to establish KPIs and essential data points for measuring iterative development success, aligning team decisions, reviewing and refining incoming requests, setting technical directions for your team, and developing and applying innovative methods to ensure system quality, production readiness, and ongoing health. Additionally, problem-solving and collaboration, communication, and expertise are essential. You will contribute to the architecture design of software and supporting infrastructure, emphasizing high ability and appropriate scale. Encourage diverse ideas, dedication, and mentorship.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
