The Lead Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual with a diverse background in various programming languages, including PHP, .NET, Outsystems, and/or Python. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful software projects and the ability to lead and mentor a development team effectively.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in software developmentExtensive knowledge of programming languages such as PHP, .NET, Outsystems, and/or PythonProficient in software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or KanbanStrong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detailExcellent communication skills and capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teamsCapable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneouslyWilling to work full-time onsite
