Lead Software Engineer

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development
Extensive knowledge of programming languages such as PHP, .NET, Outsystems, and/or Python
Proficient in software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Willing to work full-time onsite
-Salary : PHP 40,000 to PHP 60,000 Negotiable beyond this range but close to the specified range
