ABOUT THE ROLE As a LEAD GENERATION TEAM LEAD, you will be responsible for leading a team of lead generation specialists to drive the acquisition of new leads and opportunities for our sales team. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing lead generation strategies, optimizing processes, and coaching team members to achieve and exceed performance targets.
Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of lead generation specialists to achieve team goals and targets. Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies and tactics to drive business growth. Track and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize lead generation efforts. Provide training, guidance, and ongoing coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with overall business objectives. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in lead generation to ensure a competitive edge. Monitor and optimize lead generation campaigns to maximize results. Manage and maintain lead databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of information. Prepare regular reports on team performance and present findings to senior management. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage. At least 5 years of work experience in lead generation or a similar role, with a track record of driving results. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets and exceed expectations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead generation tools. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
