Responsibilities: SEO Strategy and Execution: Demonstrate comprehensive understanding and proficiency in search engine optimization (SEO) techniques and best practices. Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with clients' objectives and target audience. Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for organic search growth. Optimize website content, structure, and technical elements to improve search engine rankings. Implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics, including link building, content optimization, and local SEO. Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms to track keyword rankings, traffic, and conversions. Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes, adjusting SEO strategies accordingly.   Content Creation and Optimization: Collaborate with content creators and copywriters to develop SEO-friendly content that resonates with target audiences. Optimize website content, metadata, and tags for relevant keywords and search intent. Develop and implement content strategies for blog posts, articles, and other digital assets to improve organic visibility.   Technical SEO and Website Optimization: Conduct website audits to identify technical SEO issues and opportunities for improvement. Implement technical SEO optimizations, including site speed improvements, mobile responsiveness, and schema markup. Work closely with web development teams to address technical SEO recommendations and ensure website compliance with best practices.   Leadership and Team Enablement: Provide leadership and enablement for team members, including coaching, mentoring, and training in SEO best practices. Facilitate professional development opportunities and initiatives to enhance team members' skills and capabilities in SEO. Conduct pulse checks on the team, addressing concerns, and providing support as needed. Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture, promoting continuous learning and improvement. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. Escalate team concerns to higher management and provide viable solutions in times of conflict.   Pitches and Presentations: Provide expertise and guidance during pitch presentations, offering strategic insights in SEO strategy and execution. Prepare and manage the team for pitch dates and presentations, ensuring readiness and effectiveness. Actively participate in strategy and creative ideation for clients, pitches, and projects, leveraging SEO expertise. Present ideas effectively, ensuring clear communication and understanding among stakeholders.   Industry Knowledge Stay informed about market developments and opportunities within the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries. Keep abreast of digital marketing techniques and trends to inform strategy and decision-making. Share industry knowledge openly and regularly with the team to foster continuous learning and improvement.   Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Organic search traffic growth and improvements in keyword rankings. Increased website visibility and domain authority through effective SEO strategies. Achievement of target goals for organic leads, conversions, and revenue. Continuous personal and team development in SEO expertise. Positive client feedback and testimonials specifically related to SEO initiatives. Effective leadership and team enablement resulting in team satisfaction and growth.   Requirements: Strong interpersonal and public relations skills, essential for effective client communication and collaboration. Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making in SEO. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in presenting SEO strategies and insights. Exceptional organizational skills, proficient in digital collaboration tools like Google Drive.
