Land Project Development Specialist (For Civil Engineers)

Responsibilities

1. Prepare and update Estimated Land Development Costs

2. Prepare, update, and coordinate PD checklist

3. Coordinate with Permits & Licensing on all required permits and documentation and provide these if necessary/applicable

4. Prepare project narratives

5. Uploading of documents to the existing ERP Others

1. Provide assistance to team members in the department if needed.

2. Other tasks may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualifications:

? Graduate of Bachelor's Degree - Civil Engineering

? With at least 2 years experience in project development in housing

? Must be Licensed Civil Engineer

? Must be knowledgeable in AutoCAD and other engineering software

? Knowledge in Real Estate and affordable housing a plus

? Must have good people skills and good management skills to handle tasks, timelines, and suppliers

? Must be able to work well with other departments

? Must be organized, detail oriented, meets deadlines, and resourceful to find solutions to problems
