Requirements: *With experience in Order to Cash, Order Fulfillment, Order processing,
*With knowledge in using SAP system
*Proficient in MS EXCEL
*Knowledgeable in Order Management process
*With CS background or experience
*Must be Bachelor's degree graduate
*Proficient in Korean and English language
Responsibilities:- Process purchase orders submitted through ecommerce channels
- Provide invoice to clients upon products prices
- Maintaining records and orders updated and collect Logistics feedback
- Monitor purchase orders status, quotations, shipping dates, and billings
- Make sure that all the order process complies with the company procedures
- Lead Customer Care Department and provide coaching to provide excellent quality service
