Junior Lawyer

JUNIOR LAWYER Major Responsibilities: Prepares, drafts, or reviews contracts, corporate documents, and other legal documents.Supports and works closely with senior management on all legal, regulatory, and business matters.Handles, facilitates, or monitors cases, when necessary.Represents the company in legal proceedings.Provides general counseling and advice on matters forwarded to the Department.Oversees the Team in the absence of the Department Head.Conducts orientations, seminars, or other similar activities relating to a specific topic on Legal and Compliance, if necessary.Performs other duties that the Department Head may assign from time to time.Minimum Qualification: Preferably with 3 years experience as a lawyer in a law firm.
