Job Description
Responsible for the effective implementation of recruitment process.
Responsible for the design and development of a competitive Compensation and Benefits Program.
Responsible for managing all ER/EL related activities.
Ensure the effective administration of Employee Discipline and observance of Due Process.
Responsible for the Training and Development of all employees of UFERI and TATI.
Responsible for the maintenance of Health/Safety and Security of all employees and company as a whole.
Responsible for monitoring and ensuring adherence to all Labor Laws, enacted and relevant Laws and Statutes and ensuring Company's compliance thereto.
Responsible for monitoring, and renewal of all Permits, Licenses, Insurances, Patents, and Trademarks, etc., and:
Perform other duties which may be assigned by The Management from time to time.
Qualifications
Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource management or other related course.
Has a wide exposure in all facets of Human Resource.
5-years experience as Human Resource Manager.
Willing to be assigned in Panacan, Davao City.
