Junior Distributor Sales Representative

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Assists warehouse personnel in ensuring accurate quantity of products being loaded for delivery.2. Ensures maintenance of the proper product stocking level in the truck and at the drop-off area of the accounts.3. Ensures safe and on-time transport of products by road mapping and transport planning.4. Facilitates the preparation of products being sold to outlets.5. Ensures acknowledgment of delivery made to accounts by requesting account representative's signature on the delivery slip, after they check on the delivered stocks inventory.6. Facilitates collection of payment if there is any7. Performs other tasks as assigned by his/her superior if deemed necessarySales and Penetration1. Deliver sales targets for his section2. Regular coverage of the universe of accounts in his assigned area, in alignment with his monthly coverage plan.3. Achieve productivity targets in his area ensuring that 80% of his account universe purchases monthly4. Identify and open new or potential accounts in his coverage area5. Distribute the target SKU assortment for specific store types and channels as aligned by Shell6. Introduce and sell in new products to target accounts7. Quality execution of the standard selling procedures for Shell Lubricants, including use of selling tools and systems deployed by Shell8. Execution of trade initiatives and programs deployed by the distributor and Shell9. Report competitor activities that may impact sales for Shell lubricantsA. Collections1. On time collection of trade receivables based on approved credit terms for his accounts2. Complete collection of trade receivables based on invoice, reconciling any deductions and providing supporting documents for these.3. Provide immediate information on potential trade risks that may lead to bad debts among his covered accountsB. Customer Service1. Coordinate with logistics to ensure that orders are delivered based on the quantity and delivery schedule committed to the trade2. Address account concerns involving the products, programs or services offered3. Elevate trade concerns that he cannot address to his Distributor Sales Supervisor and/or Operations ManagerQualifications:Bachelor's degree holderWith experience in Sales is a plus but not requiredExcellent in communication both oral and writtenWith valid driver's license and own motorcycleWilling to do field workFresh graduates are welcome to apply
