Job Qualifications: Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field (e.g., Computer Science or Software Engineering).Must be proficient in coding across any platform, showcasing hands-on experience and problem-solving skills in software development.Must have a comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including its various phases such as planning, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.Must have practical experience with Java, demonstrated through internships, freelance projects, or professional roles.Must have a solid foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), with the ability to apply key principles such as encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism, and abstraction in real-world scenarios.Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with the development team to ensure application design aligns with business goals and user requirements.Develop, test, and maintain software applications, ensuring they meet quality standards and project timelines.Identify, debug, and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth application functionality and performance.Create and maintain detailed design documentation, including technical specifications and workflow diagrams, to support development processes.Provide recommendations for improvements to existing systems, suggesting innovative solutions to enhance functionality and user experience.Job Type: Full-time
