JUNIOR ARCHITECT (SPECS WRITER AND REVIEWER)Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in Technical Specifications writing and review5 years of experience in high-rise residential projectsProfessional background in preparing architectural working drawings and contract documentsProficient in English (Oral and Written)Professional background in design, planning, and coordination with engineering design tradesDescription: Review materials and brand approvals based on the Architectural technical specifications and company design standardsPrepare Architectural specifications and terms and references for projects under bidding and constructionCoordinate with construction department and project architects regarding material specifications and alternatives/recommendations based on site conditionsPropose innovations and update the company design standards for building materials and specificationsAssist in reviewing materials and specifications for LEED/EDGE and other sustainability initiative compliance if applicable
