Jr Interior Designer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with Design Lead on design concept/mood and how to successfully implement form concept phase through to project execution
- Work closely with Design lead during documentation and pre-construction/bidding to convey design intent and finalize selection of products and vendors
- Working closely with Design lead during staging and closeout stages to ensure design intent is maintained throughout project installation
- Ability to produce project schedules
- Potential to manage projects and client relationships
- Involvement during construction administration
- Have a passion for developing presentations
- Applications of basic elements and principles of design including form, scale, color, texture, pattern, light, balance and proportion
- Participate in site analysis, including survey of existing conditions and field measurements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Minimum of 2 years interior design experience in progressively responsible positions
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D, Rhino, Octane, Grasshopper and/or other modeling software programs
- Accurate reading and understanding of system furniture manuals/brochure
- To be assigned and work on-site at Parang, Bagac Bataan
