Providing parties with clear and exact translations of written materials, and interpretations of verbal communication.Providing interpretations of questions, answers, statements, arguments, explanations, and other forms of verbal communication.Rendering sight translations of documents and other written materials.Imparting speakers' thoughts, purpose, spirit, emotions, and tone from the source language into the target language.Completion of daily activity logs and other documentation.Assist Japanese manager with conference and reportAssist with Audit related reportCooperate with other team with their tasksSupport and coordinate the visitors' scheduleIdentify terms and words with conflicting meanings to determine which alternative provides clarity and reflects the original purpose of the messageVerify, modify, and edit translations to compensate for discrepancies in technical terms and to guarantee that the final content is consistent with the original materialConsult dictionaries, encyclopedias, and terminology compilations to remain educated and current with the meaning of words and phrasesAnalyze audience members and listen to debriefings on what materials will be translated, to assess best how to present interpreted dataDocument changes to translated materials, and maintain an orderly method for filing data for reference later on. QUALIFICATIONS: College/University graduateAt least 2 years of experience as an InterpreterAt least N3 level of Japanese language skillsMust have experience working in the manufacturing industryWith experience working in a Japanese company is preferredWith experience in Japan is preferred
