Italian Customer Care Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking dedicated Italian Customer Care Specialists to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a fully remote setting.

Requirements:

Must be a Filipino citizen or hold a Permanent Resident ID.
Native Italian speaker or non-native Filipino.
Previous BPO experience is required.
100% work from home.
Must have a laptop or desktop with an Intel i5 processor or higher.
Internet speed of at least 30 Mbps.
Fluent in both English and Italian (oral and written).
Excellent interpersonal, listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
Strong passion for customer service.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Honest and reliable, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness to learn and grow.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Compensation:

Base Salary: PHP 40,000.00
Language Premium: PHP 40,000.00 - 50,000.00
Allowance: PHP 5,000.00
Monthly Incentive Plan: 10% (Based on performance)
