The RoleAs a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for providing the business users with valuable technical solutions to transform the business requirements into an efficient system solutions. You may also act as a project leader and provide assistance on resource planning. As a Technical Lead, you may also perform all duties of the System Analyst position with expected higher level of technical knowledge and should act as the system designer and architect for the project who creates diagrams of the entire system architecture including its network components to make the integration intuitive and ensure that all parts are covered in the design.
How you'll contribute
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for complex / enterprise project by aligning with latest methodologies to ensure that the project will be delivered based on timeline and requirements.
Work with System Analyst on the system design by using a problem solving / analysis technique to ensure that all the components of the system work efficiently to accomplish their purpose during design preparation
Monitor / review system performance up to customer level by extending support to end users in order to address and identify the ease of use, functional as designed, response time and customer complaints.
Manage the user reports and ensure resolved by developers / vendors based on service level agreements and urgency in order to address system issues immediately
Coordinate with vendors / providers the system plan, design, implementation based on SLAs and contracts to address production issues and provide resolution upon implementation.
Provide assistance to the Project Manager / program manager by promoting an open communication to identify resource plan, project estimates and status reporting during project assignment.
Perform impact analysis by identifying the potential consequences of a change to determine the status of the current infrastructure.
Prepare and review Functional specification and Technical design documents based on correct system inputs to comply with the design requirements.
Review the Business Requirement Document based on approvals in order to provide high level estimates, timeline and cost.
Review and approve the release of the audit request based on policy to address findings.
Review completeness of contents and correctness of technical documentation based on bank policy to address compliance issues.
Act as a lead architect and designer using SDLC methods to complete a project successfully.
Participate in yearly ITG budget preparation based on team 's requirement and plans for the next year in order to identify into account all current and future expenses, with an aim to meet the team's financial goal.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
At least 8 years' relevant experience;
Knowledgeable in Project Management Methodology and SDLC Knowledgeable in SIT, UAT and QAT Familiarity in Banking applications / systems.
Substantial technical skills in programming (RPG, .Net and / or Java) Operating Systems (Unix/Windows), and database MS SQL and Oracle)
Proficient in writing codes and debugging computer programs.
Can work closely with the Solutions Delivery in implementation of bank's approved project initiatives
Considerable leadership, problem solving / analytical, process improvement, risk management, communication/collaboration, negotiation, systems design, presentation, documentation and writing skills.
Motivating teams and resolution of team's conflicts. Highly dedicated, motivated, pro-active, engaged, and with strong sense of ownership
