It Specialist

Job Summary:

Responsible for troubleshooting computer issues and providing technical support to Bank employees, clients, and other system users. Maintains and manages the Bank's computer hardware and network to keep it up and running.

Job Qualifications:

Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineer, or any related field
Preferably with 3 years' work experience handling IT or similar roles
Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think logically
Ability to work independently but at the same time, with the ability to collaborate or work in a team
Keen eye for details
Highly values integrity, privacy, and confidentiality
Knowledgeable of current trends and developments in information technology
Knowledgeable in data entry software and MS Office applications and IT-related software or applications
