IT PROJECT MANAGERDuties and Responsibilities:1. Performing detailed requirements analysis and documentation - Document Customers' Processes2. Performing User Acceptance Testing3. Manage tasks with QAs and Developers4. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, anddeveloping and implementing solutions.5. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.6. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings within the development team.7. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members andmanagement.8. Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to the Development Team.9. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.Job Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field2. Minimum 3 years of extensive experience managing IT projects and resources as Project Manager3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis in an IT software development company.3. Preferably with process improvement and business optimization experience4. Has the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively5. Possesses required experience in coordinating and managing project tasks to completion6. Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills7. Preferably with experience in JIRA and cloud-based SaaS applications8. Great attention to detail, ability to adjust and handle changes or additional customer requirements9. Possesses extensive expertise in creating and evaluating project-related documents10. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.11. Advanced technical skills.12. Excellent documentation skills.13. History of leading and supporting successful projects.
