Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our IT software company. This role involves supporting project management activities, ensuring that all project tasks are organized and tracked for smooth delivery, and communicating with team members and clients to maintain progress and quality.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including taking detailed notes and tracking action items.Assist project managers in tracking project deliverables and reporting on progress.Maintain project documentation and update project management tools as needed.Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and clients to ensure effective communication and follow-ups.Identify and escalate any issues or bottlenecks that may impact project delivery.Schedule: 8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay: Performance bonusRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.At least 1 year of experience in a project coordinator or similar role in the IT/software industry.Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
