JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Candidate must posses a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
• FRESH GRADUATES with GOOD SCHOLASTIC RECORD is encouraged to apply
• Experience in network management and help desk support
• Knowledgeable in TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configurations, but it is not limited to wireless networks, VLAN & VPN
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
• Ability to troubleshoot, isolate, and repair issues
• Knowledgeable in CCTV, Alarm, Access Control and Bio-metrics installation and maintenance is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in Linux systems is an advantage
• Willing to do field works and assign in provincial store
• Willing to work overtime or weekends and holidays as required
• Working schedule is from Monday to Friday only

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide technical support
• Provide training for systems and network as required
• Act as link between end users and higher level support
• Liaise with third party vendor as needed
• Install and configure software and hardware
• Install and configure auxiliaries like CCTV/DVR, Alarm, Access Control and biometric devices including cabling
• Monitor system and network performance
• Monitor and maintain remote office connections and systems
• Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules
• Assist in system administration
• Perform other tasks as assigned including RND, Network and Systems documentation
