•Manage IT-related documentation, including admin tasks, IT tickets, and inventory records.•Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for the IT, FA, and Admin.•Assist in maintaining and updating IT asset inventory and procurement processes.•Support the onboarding process by coordinating with IT, FA, and Admin for setting up new hires.•Handle vendor communication and coordination for software and hardware purchases.•Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and correspondence related to Outsourced projects.•Assist with managing and updating the company's IT knowledge base and documentation.•Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.•Assist in basic troubleshooting and IT support tasks, as needed.•Provide support during audits, client visits, and staff onsite.•Assist with stock management, including company asset issuance, returns, repairs, inventory, safekeeping, and asset documentation.•Performs other related duties as assigned.•Maintaining records of any work done on office premise•Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities.•Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance, with HQ approval.•Responding and attending to Outsourced HQ concernsQualifications:Education:•High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Business Administration) is preferred.Experience:•Previous administrative experience, preferably in an IT, FA, and Admin environment.•Familiarity with IT terminology and basic technical concepts.•Experience with IT asset management, procurement, or vendor coordination is a plus.Skills:•Excellent organizational and time management skills.•Strong written and verbal communication abilities.•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.•Basic knowledge of IT tools and software (e.g., ticketing systems, RMM tools, and VPNs).•Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.•Basic troubleshooting skills or willingness to learn.•Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.•Personal Attributes:•High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.•Strong customer service orientation.•Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Working hoursNight Shift / Office-based Flexible scheduleBridgetown, QC
