Ip Specialist

The IP Specialist plays a key role in filing IP cases with the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines.
Job Responsibilities: Manage the full spectrum of IP work including pre-filing advice, conflict searches, application, prosecution and registration of patents, designs and trademarks;Review, analyse, advise and submit arguments on Office Actions, Examination Reports on patents, designs and trademarks;Review draft DAUs and renewal forms, attend to filing of DAU and renewal forms;Liaise with the IPOPH and examiners whenever necessary;Check eCorr and ensure all documents with deadlines are duly docketed and monitored.Job Requirements: Min. 2 to 3 years' experience in IP work in the PhilippinesFamiliar with rules and requirements of patent, design and trademark filings and prosecution in the PhilippinesGood time management, organizational skills, able to handle volume work and pressure in a fast-paced environmentGood communication and writing skillsKnowledge of MS Office and other office management tools and applications
