Inventory Analyst

• Validates encoding of documents from incoming shipments /deliveries, transfer of stocks, bin to bin transactions and outgoing deliveries.
• Run inventory report to be used for cycle count.
• Leads the team for cycle count activities.
• Do inventory reconciliation after count.
• Ensures that all warehouse transactions are documented.
• Maintain proper documentation and monitoring for non-conformance and returns.
• Report immediately incidents of possible FIFO/FEFO violation for further disposition.
• Ensures that all files are secured.
• Perform his/her assigned task according to prescribed procedures and instructions.
• Ensure to perform his/her work assignment complying with prescribed GWP, SSOP, and safety standards.
• Responsible for other task assigned by his/her superior.
