Inventory Analyst

Qualifications:
1.
Must be graduate of Bachelor's degree.
2.
Must have 3 to 5 years work experience in inventory auditing in a manufacturing plant.
3.
Must be knowledgeable of manufacturing operations.
4.
Must be knowledgeable on warehouse, logistics, and shipping operations.
5.
Must be keen to details and with excellent problem solving skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.
Summarize inventory transactions of each department under Supply Chain and submit to the assigned Accounting Staff on a weekly basis (e.g receipts and returns from suppliers, transfers to other departments or plants, production consumption.)
2.
Perform the monthly inventory variance investigation which includes validation of reconciliation of underlying transactions, vouching of supporting documents and inquiry of the involved personnel that was performed by the Audit Staffs/Analysts.
3.
Summarize all transactions for validation of the team every month end.
Check the submitted reports from each department of Supply Chain.
4.
Responsible for the month end inventory count.
5.
Validate and classify inventory variances:

- Material variances - theoretical quantity vs. actual quantity.
- Formulation variances - BOM consumption vs. actual consumption.
- Transfer variances - out of the sending departments vs. in of the receiving department

6.
Provide audit findings report and recommendations for issues found and submit it to the Audit Head.
7.
Do process analysis for the current inventory guidelines and recommend suggestions for the improvement of current system that will address compliance to inventory auditing.
8.
Prepare inventory audit report to be submitted to the Plant Manager, Logistic and Distribution Manager, and Vice President every month.
