Internal Auditor

Contribute to the performance of independent and objective assurance and consulting activities designed to add value and improve the Company's operations, at the same time help the Company accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrafts audit procedures in accordance with the annual audit planPerforms audits across various operational sites in Luzon and Mindanao, within the agreed scope and timelineApplies analytical, technical and project management skills to evaluate the effectiveness of the Company's internal control environmentMonitors and documents the implementation of the agreed management action plansSummarizes and communicates results of each audit engagement through a formal audit report that contains management responses gathered during interim discussions and exit conferencesPerforms ad-hoc reviews as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accountancy or other business fields (preferably a Certified Public Accountant)Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)External audit experience is an advantagePrevious internal audit experienceKnowledge/proficiency on International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (ISPPIA)
