Interior Designer

Job Description:

Assist in conceptualizing and designing interiors for diverse building types, focusing on aesthetics, function, and safety while reflecting Landlite Philippines Corporation's commitment to excellence in Manufacturing & Industrial Supplies & Services.
Develop detailed project plans, proposals, and budgets, collaborating with clients, contractors, and suppliers to deliver high-caliber design solutions.
Stay informed on the latest design trends and innovations, recommending sustainable materials and smart technologies to optimize interior spaces and operational processes.
Coordinate the implementation of designs from start to finish, ensuring quality control and adherence to the vision, timelines, and client needs.
Uphold the brand's reputation by delivering exceptional customer service and cultivating strong relationships within the industry.


Job Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or relevant field.
1 to 3 years of professional experience in interior design or related roles.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, Visual Design, and Adobe Photoshop.
Strong prototyping skills.
Excellent understanding of design principles and current interior design trends.
Develop design concepts that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and meet client needs.
Prepare sketches, layouts, and 3D models to illustrate design ideas.
Work collaboratively with clients, architects, and contractors throughout the design process.
Select and specify materials, lighting, furnishings, and fixtures.
