Instructional Design Intern

Position OverviewThe Instructional Design Intern supports the People Development Team by helping the multimedia artist create visual concepts, marketing and business materials that can inspire, inform and captivate the target audience. The Digital Artist Intern should also collaborate in the development of the general layout and design of the production of advertisements, brochures, magazines, instructional materials, reports and other similar collateral.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Infographic and Visuals- Creates presentations from the information initially collected using available presentation tools- Creates posters and promotional material for upcoming events, including activities related to employee engagement, occupational safety and health, and business continuity, etc.Material Branding- Ensure that visual materials such as brochures, magazines, posters and instructional materials comply with the company's brand guidelinesAdditional Duties:- Provides assistance to all Learning and Development external event participation- Creates posters and promotional materials for the different events and activities when needed- Assists the different facets/teams under People Services Department in various clerical/administrative tasks- Generates reports as requested by the VP People - Performs other tasks as instructed by the VP People
