Duties and Responsibilities:- Coordinates with the immediate superior regarding the exact date of arrival of equipment at the job-site- Prepares manpower requirements suited to the installation budget to ensure proper personnel distribution and utilization in coordination with the immediate superior- Checks site condition of the projects assigned to him for all the necessary coordination of Elevator/Escalator requirement prior to the installation work- Coordinates with General Contractor's representative for any problem at the job-site- Reports immediately to superior any problem encountered at the job-site and all job-site accidents in connection with the installation work- Checks every phase of the installation work seeing to it that technical specifications and guidelines are complied with- Prepares and submits reports required such as Weekly Progress Report, Job-Site Daily Inspection Report, and others- Implements control and upkeep of maintenance tools and equipment used at the job-site- Assists superior in the collection of accounts due on installation work assigned to him and in acceptance of turn-over to the owner- Trains and develops his men in the efficient performance of their jobs and for their personal growthQualifications:- Graduate of BS in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, preferably licensed- Must have at least 3 years in Elevator/Escalator installation- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills- Can relate effectively to all types of people in the organization- Capable of negotiating effectively with other prospective clients and subcontractors- Capable of teaching and training peopleWorking Conditions:- 5-day workweek- Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday- 8:00 am to 5:00 pm**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Muntinlupa City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)License/Certification:- Licensed Electrical Engineer (preferred)- Licensed Mechanical Engineer (preferred)
