Inside Sales Representative

Details of the offer

•Identify and target potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and online research.•Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.•Understand clients' needs and requirements and recommend appropriate products/services to meet those needs.•Prepare and deliver quotations, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.•Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.•Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.•Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new growth opportunities.•Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using software (Excel/Kintone).•Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
