Our respected client is seeking a seasoned sales professional with solid knowledge in generating new business in Plastic Resins/Mobility for the Sales Executive position. The job is based in Laguna.
Job Overview: The responsibilities of the Inside Sales Executive include providing administrative, clerical, and customer support with high accuracy and in a timely manner. This includes following up with customers, completing orders, and closely communicating with commercial sales and customer service.
Responsibilities: Frequently and efficiently coordinate with commercial sales in a timely manner.Provide accurate information to the reporting line, commercial sales, and customer services.Prepare and provide quotations to customers.Regularly check customers' forecasts and proceed to make orders to suppliers as needed.Promptly register and revise information of products and vendors in the internal system as needed.Proactively arrange meetings with suppliers and customers.Attend sales meetings.Perform other related work as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.Required Education/Experience: Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering Courses.Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information, and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and other stakeholders.Over 2 years of sales experience (B to B) or related to the plastic industry.Experience handling import and export from previous companies.Experience in a trading company is preferred.Skill and ability to operate a computer and work extensively with Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with a high level of time management and accurate information management skills.Organizational skills.Experience in forecasting and ordering.Timely, accurate, and smooth communication skills.
