Job Responsibilities: 8+ years of experiencePreferred experience with Finastra Products such as Loan IQ and Trade InnovationPerform post-implementation verification and provide support, including weekendsMonitor issues raised, triage issues with users, analyze the issues, and provide them to the vendorWork closely with developers to investigate and resolve issuesWork under strict SLAs defined by the teamCollaborate with the team and business partnersPossess a deep understanding and problem-solving ability for various complexitiesCreate documentation to ensure the supportability of analysis (e.g., FAQ, support documentation)Experience with SIT testing and UAT support for any issuesKnowledge of Agile methodology and scrum ceremoniesEnsure all sign-offs are obtained before promoting to productionPerform post-implementation checks
