Import And Export Staff

Responsible for ensuring proper compliance with zone transactions through accurate documentation and processing, helping to avoid penalties and other issues.

Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain complete and accurate records of logistics transactions, ensuring all paperwork is properly filed.Update details in the Shipping Database (Import & Export) on time and process all necessary export/import documentation.Ensure all required documents, including the liquidation of PEZA forms, are present in the Shipping Database (Import & Export).Ensure timely submission of documents to relevant departments.Collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure the smooth handling of all essential documents.Regularly communicate and coordinate with supervisors and other departments to maintain smooth operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.with 2 years of experience, with at least 2 years in logistics and PEZA transactions.Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Willingness to work in Malvar, Batangas.
