Job Description ?Trade Admin/PEZA application/Warehouse inventory management?
Prepares documentation, maintains records and coordinates logistics for inbound and outbound product shipments, both domestically and internationally.
The specific contents are as follows.
·Leads communications within the Shipping/Receiving area.
·Arrangements and coordination of incoming and outgoing logistics for PEZA industrial zones
·Preparation and issuance of documents necessary for import and export (P/L, B/L, INVOICE, Air Way Bill, etc.)
·Schedules and Coordinates both Domestic and International freight forwarder transactions.
·Maintains Shipping records, including providing tracking or shipping history information to customers on request.
·Review outstanding customer orders and coordinate with various departments to efficiently meet customer requested shipping dates.
·Maintain knowledge of current international import/export regulatory requirements. Update applicable standard operating procedures as necessary.
·Generate shipping output documents and customer invoicing upon shipping.
·Coordinate the shipping of freight by contacting appropriate freight carriers.
·Communicate shipping volumes and priorities closely with the Warehouse manager to optimize available resource. Qualifications Requirement
· Familiar with PEZA procedures such as LOA (PEZA experience)
·At least more 3 years experience in importing, shipping, documenting, freight, logistics / supply chain handling of goods
·Experience using Microsoft, especially Excel and Word, at work. English Level Business
