Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for both IELTS and PTE exams, covering all modules/sections: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the unique structures and requirements of both IELTS and PTE exams.
- Provide effective strategies for improving test performance, including time management, question analysis, and score optimization techniques.
- Administer mock exams and evaluate students' performance, offering detailed feedback and personalized coaching for improvement.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning needs and monitor students' progress throughout the training.
- Stay updated on any changes or updates in both IELTS and PTE exam formats and scoring criteria.
- Prepare and share additional learning resources and practice materials to ensure candidates are well-prepared for their exams.
- Offer guidance on understanding the scoring criteria and requirements for both tests, helping students achieve their desired results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IELTS and/or PTE trainer or English language instructor.
- In-depth knowledge of both IELTS and PTE exam structures, formats, and scoring methods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively teach in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Flexibility in teaching both in-person and through online platforms.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) or Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL).
- Experience in preparing students for standardized English language proficiency exams.
- Ability to provide students with up-to-date resources and test-taking strategies for both IELTS and PTE.
