JOB PURPOSE
To perform complex clerical tasks, coordinating work processes and other HR procedures and functions
Responsible in determining current staffing needs and forecasts.
Takes the lead in talent acquisition strategies, hiring plans and to create employment branding initiatives.
Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company's long-term goals.
Can factor into the process that people play an important role and will be key players of success going forward.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
- Create workforce planning and hiring plans
- Perform employment branding initiatives
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls - online video and phone interview, face to face, etc.)
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
1.
Education / Professional Experience
- Graduate of 4 year course in Human Resource, Psychology and other related course
- Minimum of 1 year work related experience

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Ability to establish and maintain complex record keeping systems
- Ability to coordinate activities of other staff members
- With adequate communication and interpersona
